I had the pleasure of being interviewed about my writing and my published work. This experience was unique because it was on a local Inspirational TV show, and as a romance author, I sometimes struggle with the idea of acceptance in certain spaces. The host was interesting, welcoming, and fun. While I have been on TV a few times to represent my career as a librarian, this was the first time in a long time that I had been a writer. Of course, as with any other forms of expression, I have so many good thoughts, statements, and quotes AFTER I completed the segment, but overall, I am happy with my progress in publicly speaking about my books. I am doing better with promoting my work, and I look forward to the time when it becomes natural and easy to share what I love most about myself—my Creativity.
